Refund policy

Since our products are custom-made for each order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive high-quality products. If there’s an issue with your order due to damage or a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us with your order details and a photo. We will rectify the issue by sending the correct product or offering a refund.

Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, reach out to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for items that were correctly fulfilled (e.g., correct size, color, and design as per your order). Please double-check your order details before placing it.
